Water bucks are native to Africa and just as their name describes them, they spend a lot of time in the wettest and lowest land here at Florida Hunting Adventures. A mature water buck male weighs in at about 350 pounds and has a coat of coarse, grayish brown, longer hair.

Water buck have a unique heart shaped ring around their nose and mouth area. Males carry dark and heavily ridged horns. Water bucks are strikingly beautiful and indeed a must for every hunter’s trophy room. Water bucks make good table fare.
